Hey Rebecca,

For some reason the link is broken under the Foodbuzz post. I wasn't able to respond and pontificate on how much I would have loved to attend to learn how to make all of these foods by hand, taste all of the savory offerings, and wash it all down with some sublime Malbec. :-D

I have beeen wanting to make my own empanada dough since the store bought wraps so often use animal fat. I'm going to use your recipes. Actually--that inspires me to do a post linking to you! Empanadas in Chile are not as good as in Argentina.

So happy to hear that you are writing, eating, and content.

Suerte!

It was great to meet you. Thanks for the mention. You got more people into your post than I got into mine -- good work.

I hope that you'll learn how to use that pressure cooker that you got as a gift.

Looking forward to reading more blog posts from you.

Oh - I so hope you write a cookbook! I have searched all over for a great cookbook with traditional dishes from Argentina. In fact, the last time I was in Argentina, I searched high and low for a great cookbook and the only thing I found was "How to cook Asado" type cookbooks. Not that knowing how to cook asado isn't important...but a girl has to eat more than meat, right?! :)

Very cool! Thanks for this informative post.

Paz
