Wow! Had I not read the recipe I would have thought they were fried. Even though I wolfed down a decadent dinner, this post is making me hungry! I think I'll have to make empanadas this week.

I love the way these are folded -- they look like wontons! Bison is becoming more available in my local supermarket, so I can give these a try.
