Ive always loved Waldorf salad because I'm a grape addict, and there aren't many dishes that incorporate grapes as an ingredient. I've always loved the story behind the dish, too.

My mom used to make Waldorf salad on occasion at the holidays. Admittedly, it's not my favorite dish in the world, but reading this entry brought back memories. Thanks for all the background on the recipe.

I love all the ingredients here. Interesting history.

Wow, how interesting! I didn't know much about the origin of the salad, except that was named after the hotel...
This salad is a great favourite of mine! Thanks for this recipe!
