Tonight I'll be teaching a cooking class at Whole Foods in Denver. The class is on Argentine-Style Steak with Salsa Criolla, the delicious relish pictured above. it's better if you instead of regular white onion you add spring onion. a secret of my father: use lemon juice and vinagre de alcohol
