First off, I wanted to let you know that I made your tarta de choclo (with a few minor changes) today for lunch, and it was delicious. Thanks for the recipe!

Here in our Argentine household, we'll be having cod and chickpea stew on Good Friday, and we're planning on barbecuing lamb for our Easter meal. And of course, there will be rosca de Pascua and chocolate Easter eggs.
